Comfortable Monday guys! Simply made a batch of those yummy bars for the week! If you’re like me and consistently on the go then these are good for you. They’re child and husband authorized and made with tremendous healthful components. Good for a straightforward breakfast or snack on the go. My fav breakfast proper now!

Elements
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup flour (I used @pompompaddock cauliflower combine)
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 half bananas
1/Four cup honey (add a bit extra in the event you like numerous sweetness)
2 tbsp almond butter
1 egg
2 cups almond milk
1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
1. In a bowl mix all of the dry components
2. In a separate bowl, combine the entire moist components collectively
3. Add dry components to the moist components and blend
4. bake at 200°C for 30-40 minutes
Optionally available: almond butter & choc drizzle 👌
