Is it simply me or does quarantine life really feel like you’re consistently cleansing, cooking and washing dishes? πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ

This straightforward sheetpan dinner is ideal for a busy mid week meal or lazy Friday. It’s so scrumptious, minimal cleanup πŸ™Œ and you should use no matter veggies you could have readily available. Serve with rice and voila!

For the sauce
.
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tsp rice wine vinegar (white wine vinegar, ACV, and even lemon would all work too)
2 1/2 tbsp honey
2 tsp sesame oil (@changsasianfood )
2/Three cup cashews (@nutsaboutlifeaustralia )
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
1/Four cup water
I tbsp cornstarch.

Instructions
1. Mix all of the components for the sauce in a saucepan over mediums eat. Whisk collectively till it begins to simmer and sauce thickens. Take away from warmth
2. Place meat, greens and cashews on a sheet pan, pour half the sauce over high and blend collectively
3. Bake for 20 minutes at 200Β°
4. Serve with rice and additional sauce
