Sharing this oldie however goodie at the moment: PB fudge 😋 ONLY four INGREDIENTS

I really like making a batch of those and storing them within the freezer. They make the BEST guilt free dessert and they’re tremendous easy and fast to make (at all times a bonus!)

Elements
3/four cup peanut butter
1/four cup coconut oil
1/four cup maple syrup (use sugar free if keto, add extra in case you prefer it actually candy)

Topping:
3/four cup melted chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
.
Instructions:
1. Combine peanut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup in a bowl. Add combination to a loaf pan lined with parchment and freeze (you too can use a silicone muffin trays)
2. Soften chocolate and coconut oil collectively, pour over peanut butter combination. Freeze
*I doubled the PB layer to get them tremendous thick

  1. we just made it, freezing chocolate just makes it impossible to cut, and pb layer is not as thick! measurements are wrong. very tasty though, you cant go wrong with this combo.
