Salmon Sushi Bowls

This scrumptious is simply 10 minutes away! Get pleasure from all the weather of sushi in a bowl made in your very personal kitchen!

2 Salmon fillets
Bok choy
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
Avocado
Sesame seeds
Asian mayonnaise
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
half cup rice

Directions

Instructions
1. Cook dinner rice of alternative in keeping with instructions
2. Warmth a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan on medium warmth. Add ginger & garlic and sauté bok choy till wilted (1 -2 minutes) add a splash of soy sauce, sesame oil & pepper. Take away from pan and put aside
3. Season the salmon with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and add to a fry pan with one other drizzle of olive oil. (Approx Three minutes per aspect)
4. To assemble: in a bowl add cooked rice, seasoned bok choy, seared salmon fillet, sliced avocado. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and a drizzle of Asian mayonnaise (I used @kewpieusa
