500g uncooked shrimp (I used frozen uncooked shrimp, let it thaw and it was 👌)
1/four cup coconut flour
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 eggs
Salt and pepper
Oil of selection for frying (I used grapeseed oil)

Instructions
1. Put together Three bowls; first bowl: coconut flour and salt and pepper. Second bowl: eggs. Third bowl: shredded coconut
.
2. Coat the shrimp within the flour, egg and coconut
.
3. Fry 1-2 minutes on either side till golden
.
Dipping:
Non keto choice: candy chilli sauce
Keto choice: Siracha (1 tbsp), Mayo (1/2 cup), pinch garlic powder, pinch salt, squeeze of lemon
