Not too long ago gave this recipe an improve and it’s soo good! Thick & candy sauce, crunchy cashews and allllll the veggies. Positively give this one a strive for a fast and straightforward dinner.

For the sauce
.
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tsp rice wine vinegar (white wine vinegar, ACV, and even lemon would all work too)
2 1/2 tbsp honey (@naturenates ) *use extra when you like a whole lot of sweetness
2 tsp sesame oil (@changsasianfood )
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
1/Four cup water
I tbsp cornstarch

Instructions
1. Add sesame oil, ginger and garlic to a saucepan over medium warmth, sauté till aromatic
2. Add the remaining sauce substances to the saucepan (I combine the water and cornstarch collectively individually then add it in) whisk collectively till it begins to simmer and sauce thickens. (This occurs fast, solely takes a pair minutes) Take away from warmth
3. Place meat, greens of alternative and a couple of/Three cup cashews on a sheet pan, pour half the sauce over high and toss till all the things is calmly coated
4. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°
5. Serve with rice and further sauce
