I used @plantlifefoodco granola which isn’t solely soooo scrumptious but in addition low in sugar, Australian made and owned and out there at Woolies ๐ŸŽ‰

Elements
Base layer:
1 cup granola (I used @plantlifefoodco darkish chocolate, apricot & almond)
half of cup almond flour (@lovepbco )
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil

Center layer:
3/Four cup choc, melted
2 tbsp peanut butter (@begapeanutbutter )
1 tsp coconut oil
.
Prime layer: sprinkled @plantlifefoodco granola
.
Instructions
1. Mix all of the substances for the bottom layer in a meals processor and course of till mixed
2. Press base combination into silicone muffin liners and freeze for 10 minutes
3. Combine melted choc, peanut butter, and coconut oil till nicely mixed and pour over the bottom layer
4. Prime with additional granola and freeze for 30 minutes ๐Ÿ˜‹
