Egg muffins ~ for essentially the most versatile ever. I really like having these readily available, they preserve nicely within the freezer and are the right snack and even lunch or dinner served with a facet salad. .
Egg cups 2 methods: grownup model & child model – See my tales for to the child model (you may simply change it up by including actually any toppings you want)

Grownup model: salmon, dill & feta
Children model: broccoli & cheese

Elements (for six muffins or 12 mini muffins)

Four eggs
Salt & pepper
Fillings of alternative (salmon, cooked veggies, cheese, herbs and many others)
.
Instructions:
1. Add cooked fillings to a silicon muffin tin
2. Whisk the eggs and salt & pepper then pour into every muffin tin (about 3/Four of the way in which)
3. High with cheese of alternative, herbs and extra salt and pepper
4. Bake at 180° for 15 minutes
