How good do these simple vegan black bean nachos look? Good dinner thought for ya. They’re so yummy and tremendous fast and simple to throw collectively!

Substances
1 can black beans rinsed and drained
1 pink capsicum, deseeded, diced
1 pink onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp taco seasoning
Corn chips
1 cup shredded vegan cheese (can use cheddar if not vegan)
Coriander and jalapeño (optionally available)
Avocado and salsa for serving

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 220°c and line a pan with parchment paper
2. Drizzle a few tablespoon of olive oil in a pan. Sauté onion and capsicum. Add the black beans and taco seasoning and blend via
