This one is for the coconut lovers! These wholesome coconut bites are the right little afternoon choose me up! They’re keto pleasant and vegan and take no time in any respect to whip up.

2 cups coconut flakes
1/Four cup coconut oil
1/Three cup maple syrup (use sugar free if keto)
3/Four darkish choc, melted

Instructions
1. Mix coconut flakes, oil and maple syrup in a meals processor and blend till clean
2. Roll the combination into small balls, place within the freezer to set (15 minutes)
